Today, we walked to Ms Nakada class room then we take a minute and write drown the agenda. Then, Alexa read her blog and picked me. Then, we do the song by "Bizarre Love Triangle" by New Order. Then, we did lines "If music be the food of love, play on" ( Orsino Act I, Scene 1) William Shakespeare Twelfth Night. We write it down. Then, Ms. Nakada wrote Tips for Shakespeare. Then, Ms. Nakada ask us a question. What will you do in ten years, and we packed up and left.

Then, We got started in our week Q.Q.S.L our quote this week was "Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them." by (Malvolio, Act II, Scene 5) Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare. Our question was: Where will you be in ten years? Then, we got started on our Shakespeare 101.Then, We watched two videos on Twelfth Night. Then, we ran out of time, packed up and left.

We then pulled out our Chromebooks, and did our EOY Diagnostic on iReady. I did my blog. We did that for most of the class. Then, we packed up and left.

Original Oratories

HW: Complete iReady/ Original Oratories

Today we walked into class and wrote down the agenda. Then, Aiden read his sixth blog and chose me. After that, we practice our Poetry Slam. Then, we started to preform our Poetry Slams. Alexa, Channel, Carlos, and Brian went first but they misunderstood the assignment, so they took five more minutes to figure it out. Jake and Sergio went first instead, they did pretty good. After that, Alexa, Carlos, Channel, and Brian went next, they also did pretty well. Aiden and Erick went next, they did well too. After Aiden and Erick, Amaya and I went. I messed up a little but Amaya did very well. Cody and Radan were next. They did well as well. Diego, Alex, Emanuelle, and Angel were next. I couldn't hear them, so I don't know how they did. Last, was Riolexus and Jordan were next and they did well. Then, we started working on our Original Oratories. Ms. Nakada read her Original Oratories from 2016. She got a little emotional. Then, we started to work on our own Oratories. After that, we packed up and left.

Poetry Slam!

HW iReady for 40-45 min 2 lesson prep for poetry slam 

Today we walked into Ms. Nakada class and started to write on our agenda. After that, we started to take a minute. Then, we began to work on the line for the week "The Laughing Heart" by Charles Bukowski. After, we were working on poetry slam prep while we where working on our poetry slam prep the fire alarm went off, and then we went back to class to continue on working on our poetry slam prep. Then, after that, the bell rang, and we packed up and left.

We walked into Ms Nakada's amazing class. We started writing into our agenda. After that, we took a minute. Then, Diego read his blog to the entire class. After that, we wrote the quote and question.

For starting off class today, we wrote down our agendas and then corrected Eric's blog. After that we did the Q.Q.S.L which was about like Rosa Parks and the Golden Rule: "Nothing in the Golden Rule says that others will treat us as we have treated them. It only says we must treat others in a way that we would want to be treated." The question was what should you learn/NOT learn about at school?  Then, we started to finish up on our NaPoWriMo submissions. After, we packed up and left.
