Today we walked into Ms Nakada's class. We took our agendas out and wrote down our things. Then, we went over Brian's blog. Soon after, we got passed out a paper which had two poems on them which we had to glue in our notebooks. After we read it, we went over it and talked about it and took notes. We finished that and we started to read Inside Out and Back Again. Finally, we finished, class ended, and we left.

Today we came in class and got out our agendas, and we wrote down the agenda. Then, we took out our notebooks, and we did the Q.Q.S.L. We were listening to the song of the week. Then, we wrote down our favorite lyric and the meaning of the song. Then, we started reading I.O. & B.A. Then, we packed up and left.

We started our class by writing our agenda's and doing are take a minute. Then we all took out our books for are Q Q S L. The quote was, "Besaydoo, we whisper to each other across the country" by Yalie Kamara. Then, we answered the question: Can money buy true happiness? After that, we read I.O. and B.A. After we were done reading, we packed up and left.

To start the day off in Ms. Nakada's class, we took a minute and then Franco read his blog. After that, Franco picked me to do the blog. Then after that, we read for ten minutes. Then, we did the week 16 quiz. Then, we packed up and left.

When everyone walked in the class we sat down and took out our binder reminders and started to write down the agenda. When we were done Peter got up to read his blog. When he was done he chose me to do the next blog. Then, everyone took out their note books. Next, Ms. Nakada started to play a Ted Ed video. When the video was over we started talking about stereotypes, then Ms. Nakada started to pass out blank pieces of paper and told us to write our names on them. Then, Ms. Nakada started to give out our printed novels and we did a gallery walk.

NaNo Submissions
HW: Prepare novel submissions! Due (Printed) tomorrow!
We started off class by taking a minute and writing down our agendas. After that, Alexa read her blog to the class and chose me. Then, we continued the second half of our Q.Q.S.L. We listened to the song "Who Lives, Who Dies, Who tells your story?" by Lin Manuel Miranda. This song was from the musical Hamilton. Then, after that, we work on our final Nano submissions and covers. We do our about the author page, synopsis page, dedication/authors note page, and beginning, middle, and end excerpt page. Then, we packed up and left.

NaNo Submissions
HW: Prepare novel submissions!
Due (printed) Wednesday
We came in and took out our agendas, and started writing down the agenda for today. After that, we took a minute. When the minute was over we started watching a video on 30 day challenges. After the video was over, and we started doing our quote question song lines for this week. Our quote for this week was "Success travels in the company of hard work. There is no trick, no easy way" By Coach Wooden. The questions of this week were Who is telling the stories, who are they about, who are they for and why are they important? After we got done writing them down, we looked at a chart with race and gender diversity charts. Once we were done writing all that down, and discussing it we took out our chromebooks, and started working on our NaNoWriMo submissions. We emailed our NaNo submissions to Ms.Nakada then we packed up and left
